The Kindred's go to Germany

Well, we have finally made it to Germany! It was quite a experience with travel and 2 small children, but with a little patience and a few beverages... we made it here. The adjustment has been a bit challenging, but it is so beautiful that we are trying to just get through the time difference. Charlie and Tracy have had the easiest time adjusting, while Adelyn has definitely had the most difficult time. Craig is hanging in there and will fall asleep at any possible momment.

The hotel that we are staying in is just one large room, so we are just one big "happy" family. We will be staying on the base for at least 2 weeks (and probably much longer) and then hopefully we will find a house/apartment. Apparently there is not much available, so we are just crossing our fingers. Please keep us in your thoughts as these are EXTREMELY tight quarters.

Tracy likes her new team mates and is just doing lots of paper work to begin the job. We all have id cards and that allows us to access all of the amenities on the base.

We have been to Amberg and had dinner with some co workers and tomorrow we are off to an air show which will thrill Charlie. The weather has been pretty nice. Today it rained and we took a bus to another base to go to the PX (Walmart type store with more brand names). We still don't have our car which makes activities limited.
